    The system accepts exchanges and returns within the specified time frame and in accordance with the exchange and return policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    + Incense sticks made from agarwood do not guarantee a natural fragrance, causing discomfort to users (compare with samples of products sold publicly).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The product packaging and specifications do not match the publicly available information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u2013 For the category of\u00a0Agarwood handicrafts<\/strong>\u00a0, including: Agarwood bracelets, prayer beads, and agarwood ornaments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    + If counterfeit, fake, substandard, or products of unknown origin are discovered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    + Failure to fulfill commitments, and inaccurate product information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u2013 For the\u00a0Incense Burner<\/strong>\u00a0category : including types made from wood, ceramic, and metal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    + Damage occurs during transportation to the user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The product is faulty or not functioning correctly as per specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        3.1\/ Cross-exchange policy applies across all An Nhien Agarwood stores:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Customers can exchange or return items at any store in the system, whether purchased in-store or online, except for orders placed at An Nhien Agarwood Authorized Dealer Stores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        3.2\/ Market Place (An Nhien Agarwood products sold on Market Place websites):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        + According to the return policy of Market Place websites (Lazada; Tiki; Shopee,\u2026)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Please contact Market Place Customer Service for detailed instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Product RETURN cases:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Customers have the right to return products and receive a 100% refund in cash at the An Nhien Agarwood store or via bank transfer if purchased online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \u2013 Online: (Customers send images or products to the online warehouse)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        + For products with manufacturing defects: all return shipping costs will be covered by Tram Huong An Nhien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        + Another reason: all shipping costs are paid by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
