How to start a return
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your request. We will send return authorization and return instructions. Please send the authorized item within 7 days after authorization.
Eligibility
To be eligible, an item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with its original gift box, material card, care card, and any included accessories. Natural variations in color, clarity, inclusions, or pattern are inherent to Crystal materials and are not defects.
Non-returnable items
Custom designs, engraved pieces, size-adjusted pieces, special-order items, gift cards, and marked final-sale items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or materially different from the confirmed order.
Refunds and return-shipping costs
Customers are responsible for prepaid, trackable return shipping unless Eiliful confirms that the item is defective,
damaged in transit, or incorrectly fulfilled. After inspection, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method
for the product price and any applicable taxes. Original shipping fees, return shipping, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographs of the item and packaging. Do not wear or alter the piece before we review the request.
